Long is a Vietnamese-born groom living in Germany. Shan is a bride from Hong Kong. Two cultures, two journeys — yet they chose to meet halfway in Da Nang, where they held an intimate wedding surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Instead of a rigid timeline or choreographed plan, their day unfolded naturally — a quiet fusion of Hong Kong’s traditional tea ceremony and the warmth of a Vietnamese family gathering.

What touched us the most was how present they were. No stress, no pressure — just real, unfiltered joy.A simple wedding, yet so meaningful. And for Olwen, it was a beautifully honest day to witness.
