A Journey by the Sea

To be honest, free, and truer to themselves than ever before – that’s what Olwen felt after the photoshoot with Quân & Trí.

Cù Lao Chàm was the place they chose, because both are in love with the ocean. All they wanted was a day lived fully – in a place with nothing but wind, waves, and sunlight.

We camped on the beach to wake up in time for the sunrise. We went snorkeling, swam in the sea, shared a meal right on the sand, and ended the day with an open-air movie – something they had never done together before.

We even joked: “What if we were just two sea lions” – eating, lounging, playing, and swimming freely – no pressure to be anything else, just simply themselves.

After all, the photos are only part of it. What we truly keep from this journey is the sense of freedom and authenticity that Quân & Trí brought with them – something that cannot be staged.
