Nice words from Hang Phung

During the Covid-19 lockdown summer days, I leisurely spent hours scrolling through countless pages looking at everyone’s pre-wedding photos. But even after months, I still couldn’t stop and find a studio that truly excited me for a memorable shoot with the person I love.

Then one day, Facebook randomly suggested Olwen to me. I only scrolled through a few photos taken by Toàn and immediately thought, “This is it. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.” Without hesitation or second thoughts – despite never having visited any studio before – I messaged the page and arranged to come directly to Olwen to sign the contract. Everything was quick and smooth, and meeting photographer Toàn for the first time was such a lovely experience.

The Olwen and Euphoria team truly impressed me afterward during the dress fitting session. That was when I realized that Euphoria — the brand I had been following and loving for so long – and Olwen had this beautiful connection and journey together. It felt so wonderful. Euphoria gowns are elegant and sophisticated, yet they still make brides feel comfortable and confident, never overwhelmed or swallowed by huge heavy dresses like the ones I often saw elsewhere.

The shooting day itself felt like a fun trip filled with laughter. Even though the weather wasn’t particularly kind to us – we didn’t get the dreamy sunrise by the sea or magical sun rays through the pine forest – I realized that the emotions captured in every frame of film and every photograph were what truly mattered most. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed that day so much. Huge thanks to funny Toàn, handsome Quốc, sweet Uyên, and even our lovely driver too.

The photobook we received was exactly what I had trusted it would be: a carefully crafted product that truly carried the Olwen spirit.

The most unforgettable surprise was that the shooting day happened to be my birthday. Olwen had only heard about it casually beforehand, but the team remembered it – and after the shoot, everyone surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. It was honestly the sweetest thing ever. 💓
