Hi Olwen & Team,
I’ve been married for almost two months now, and we did our photoshoot with Olwen on June 1st, 2018. Only now do I finally have time to write a review for you.
Honestly, I’m extremely happy with the photos. I’ve looked through them many times and never get tired of them. Everything — from the makeup to the shooting angles — feels very natural.
The team with me that day included the driver, Cường and Trung (photographers), and Uyên (makeup artist). They were all very young but incredibly talented. The makeup looked very natural (I actually had my wedding in Saigon, but if it had been in Da Nang, I would have definitely booked Uyên for both of my big days!). We started early in the morning and finished late in the evening, but no one looked tired — everyone stayed cheerful and energetic the whole time. The team was always enthusiastic and fun to work with.
Normally the shoot would finish around 4 PM, but because I loved taking photos so much, the team stayed with us until 6:30 PM ❤
Maybe that’s just how people from Da Nang are — so warm and dedicated 😉
I got to know Olwen through my husband’s friend. I only chose the locations, and my husband handled the rest. When he said he wanted to book Olwen, I just looked at a few photos and immediately agreed because it was exactly the vintage style that we both love — no need to think twice.
Phượng gave very detailed advice and explanations before the shooting day. Even the day before the shoot, I suddenly asked for a flower crown, and Olwen still managed to prepare it for me in time ❤
Overall, from choosing the package – fitting outfits – makeup – the photoshoot – editing – to delivering the album, even though Olwen is a small studio, everything was handled very professionally. I felt completely comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire process.
I’ve also recommended Olwen to my sister so she can have a beautiful set of photos to capture the best moments of her youth.
